Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, you agree to these rules. If you do not agree, you cannot use the app.
- “Pin Pack” Guarantee
All mobile devices (Samsung, itel, Apple, Infinix, Digit, Tecno, etc.) are sold as Box Pack / Pin Pack. Once the seal is broken, the product is yours and cannot be returned to Saqib Mobile.
- Warranty & Support
Saqib Mobile does not provide a direct technical warranty. Any hardware or software issues must be taken to the Official Brand Customer Support centers.
- Payment & Advance Policy
COD: Standard orders are Cash on Delivery.
Security Advance: For specific high-value models, a 10% to 30% advance payment is required via Chat/Phone instructions to confirm the order.
Non-Refundable: Advance payments are non-refundable if the customer refuses the parcel at the door without a valid reason.
- Order Confirmation
Prices of mobiles fluctuate daily. A deal is only final once confirmed via Phone Call or Chat by a Saqib Mobile representative.
- Replacement Policy
Replacements are only offered in rare, verified cases (e.g., wrong model delivered) at the sole discretion of Saqib Mobile management.
- Ownership
The “Saqib Mobile” name, logo, and app code are protected. All Rights Reserved.
